疫情所致店裏明顯人流非常少整晚只有五至六桌,掃黃要支持呀大家!環境舒適地氈乾淨,侍應有禮貌服務態度非常好因為我哋人數多,要唔到太多款菜式所以都係叫咗招牌菜先來一個杏汁豬肺湯,湯頭濃郁,材料有豬肺杏仁白菜,杏味比較重留家叉燒,用上脢頭嘴部位,即叫即燒,所以都要等15分鐘,一上菜已經聞到非常之香,肉質非常軟熟,邊位脆口,同市面相比確實勝了一班,汁醬香香的麥牙甜味,一百碗飯唔該留家煙燻雞以滷水汁先浸熟後再煙薰,食得出係新鮮雞,濃郁嘅薰焗味,即使係雞胸部位亦都非常之軟熟,滷水汁亦都唔會太咸雪山飛龍,個名已經好掂其實即係黃鱔炒飯,味道相對比較清淡,黃鱔分量幾多,不錯!總括而言,叉燒令人深刻印象煙燻雞都好好味不過性價比略嫌比較低,價錢都唔平,不過質素好有保證!
