To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我去海王漁港飲茶，本來好期待，但真係失望得好厲害。一入去就發現有小強係食客區走來走去，真係令我心情好差。職員雖然有試過捉小強，甚至將佢踢走，但個情況仍然持續，完全影響我用餐嘅心情。作為一間餐廳，衛生問題真係唔應該咁忽視。食物質素方面都只係普通，冇咩特別吸引我，但最重要係衛生問題，根本無法安心食嘢。坐喺度，時不時見到小強走過，實在好難集中精神去享受食物。即使食物味道尚可，但面對咁嘅環境，我根本無法放鬆心情。我希望海王漁港可以重視呢個問題，加強清潔同管理，改善衛生狀況。否則，咁樣只會令食客對餐廳失去信心。未來我都唔會再考慮返去，希望佢哋可以提供一個更好嘅用餐環境，讓大家可以安心享受美食。
