To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 沙嗲王係中學時期嘅恩物, 出嚟做嘢後偶然會食一次，見過嗰啲奇奇怪怪，完全唔襯嘅海盜裝飾😂😂😂 慶幸他們全部都被飛走了 👍白咖哩豬扒飯，是他們的皇牌推介，味道有啲似辣辣哋嘅白汁，不算很香，但是豬扒醃得入味，炸得金黃，整體不錯。朋友點了蟹粉豆腐鍋飯，熱騰騰的蟹粉汁在鍋裏翻滾，樣子十分討好😍😍，幼滑嘅豆腐加蛋黃造的醬汁再加蟹肉撈落個飯度，一口，立即燙到😅😅😅 ，味道有點鹹香有蟹味，口感滑滑帶點油閏 😘😘 ，果然都係隔離飯香 😆😆飢Point : 8/10#hungermarch #飢詩 #非飢詩
