To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

手打冷烏冬 $48烏冬質地煙靭，唔到好淋，好怕食d一咬落去淋哂散哂既烏冬。個汁都幾掛，唔會太咸幾清新😋鮮帶子刺身$88食得日本野點都要叫少少生冷野先似樣既🤣🤣帶子雖然唔算厚切，不過入口好鮮甜，而且有少少回甘甜味👍水準清酒蛤蜊 $60蜆肉份量都多，而且都係有肉，唔會淨係殼，清酒味唔會太濃，有淡淡酒香😎牛肉野菜壽喜燒 $88牛肉上台既時候仲係生生地，要煮一陣先可以食。雖然未到雪花級，不過質地都唔錯，唔會太鞋口，而且上面仲有只温泉蛋😍😍 等d菜都煮淋左之後，索哂壽喜燒既湯汁😚😚正正子
