To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 於香港西環的 Verde Mar是一家主打墨西哥菜的餐廳,名字「Verde Mar」代表綠色的海,加上仙人掌小花園,係一間好chill嘅小清新餐廳。一入到餐廳,俾佢豐富的墨西哥元素:色彩斑斕的牆面裝飾、木製家具和綠植物吸引住。Menu上除左幾種經典墨西哥菜式,Tacos、Quesadillas、Burritos之外,加入左好多創新的牛油果菜式元素,包括avocado tostada、avocado fries 等等。而最多人推介嘅 Birria beef stew 果然名不虛傳,牛肉燉足火喉,個湯超入味撈飯一流。牛油果薯條真係好得意,外蘇內軟。Taco 鋪滿咗牛油果,正到爆!牛油果雪糕造型勁cute,搞咗好耐卡先捨得食,型於中間果粒黃色心係咩? 不坊自己去餐廳試下!
