To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家位於尖東的元氣壽司店是我喜歡的店之一，但每次來都要等一下才能進入，這次我們兩人同行，叫了三文魚湯、三文魚腩壽司、三色刺身、鰻魚壽司等。三文魚湯很鮮甜，湯裏有蘿蔔和三文魚頭，用了料不少。壽司的飯不多，但刺身卻分量足夠，特別是鰻魚壽司，鰻魚的燒汁很好味，伴着鰻魚的油脂，真好吃。這裏還有一絕，就是不用人送壽司的，他利用了小火車直接把壽司送到你的面前，若是小朋友一定很開心，我們每次看到火車把壽司送到的時候，童心未泯，都會感到很興奮。
