To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

父親生辰, 來這裡試試小菜, 全部散叫1. 燒腩: 雖然皮不脆, 但肉肥相間, 而且沒有肉身不咸, 足証沒有隔夜2. 京都骨: 骨肉平均, 味道甜了一點, 送飯的話實在很好3. 白灼蝦: 每隻都好飽滿, 沒有軟殼4. 魚腐雜菜煲: 一般水準, 很足料, 湯底也不油5. 京葱炒牛仔肉: 葱跟肉很配, 加上一點點辣, 很惹味6. 燒乳鴿: 算是bb鴿, 肉很嫩滑, 沒太多脂肪7. 蒸老虎班: 敗筆之處, 不足秤, 百多塊的價錢, 魚身郤只有筷子長, 當然也不會厚肉吧8. 羅宋湯牛筋腩: 以鑊仔上, 有火溫著, 羅宋湯會越燒越乾, 味亦會變濃郁, 味道偏甜了一點9. 壽包一打: 即叫即蒸, 味道一般總結: 白飯2 個, 餸菜的份量也足夠5 人, 不過再來的時候, 還是只要小炒就好了. 整晚人手不足, 枱卡點菜入單後, 要等到上了3 個菜才回來, 茶壺當然也不會有人自動來補滿吧
