廣東小炒一向都係我的最愛之一,無獨有偶,如果喺可行嘅情況之下,我都會嗌菠蘿咕嚕肉/生炒排骨,同埋西蘭花炒鮮魷,所以今次幫襯嘅呢一間都唔例外。紅磡街市熟食中心有好多檔大排檔,不過我自己就最鍾意食呢一間,小炒夠鑊氣,價錢又合理。呢間嘅西蘭花炒鮮魷,用嘅魷魚質素唔錯,雖然我自己估計唔係新鮮游水嘅魷魚(因為碟餸嘅價錢絕對反映到),不過魷魚嘅肉質都夠彈牙,加上鑊氣夠,所以唔錯。至於我嘅另一至愛菠蘿咕嚕肉都算唔錯,最主要原因就係佢嘅炸粉漿唔會太厚,因為我真係好怕嗰啲炸到成舊粉咁樣,唔講仲以為自己食緊酸齋。不過有時如果大廚落多咗汁,碟野就衰晒,10次有1次失手啦🤣。另外大家要留意,千祈唔好叫蠔餅,因為佢嘅做法好獨特,做到好似個蛋糕咁,當然口味嘅嘢好難講

呢間嘅西蘭花炒鮮魷,用嘅魷魚質素唔錯,雖然我自己估計唔係新鮮游水嘅魷魚(因為碟餸嘅價錢絕對反映到),不過魷魚嘅肉質都夠彈牙,加上鑊氣夠,所以唔錯。
