同事生日一圍十個人去咗紅磡熟食中心叫成十一二樣嘢 樣樣嘢碟頭都好細椒鹽鮮魷嚟到得八件 完全唔夠分炒飯炒麵都係茶記一人碟頭份量成餐加咗幾次單但碟頭太細真係食唔飽散場後啲男同事各自返屋企食宵夜如果佢哋係政府地方收咁平嘅租金但賣嘅嘢咁貴 真係完全唔值

叫左5樣送,砵酒桶豪$168,豉汁倉魚$148/ 應該斤4左右,椒鹽鮮魷$108,蒜蓉正元貝,1隻蔥油雞,除咗頭兩樣正常,其他都吾得,鮮魷overcook又硬又乾,似吊片多過鮮魷,真係又硬又乾,元貝$45/1隻冇豉油得蒜容,又細隻,我哋用左雞既豉油代替,隻雞先最離譜,$198/ 1隻, 好明顯隻雞冇醃過,冇味,就係蒸熟隻雞,切定係度,人哋叫白切雞,就就咁出,人地叫蔥油雞就淋豉油,文記我都食過,不是話很好食,最小都叫正常,這間直頭離譜,我即睇YouTube 學,都應該會整得好食過那廚師

今晚有人話懷舊下懷念下呢度嘅撚手小菜所以專登揀呢一間街市小炒,記得上一次嚟可能已經係四年前。六個人梗係江湖規矩嗌六個餸啦,我哋嗌咗咕嚕肉、蔥油雞半隻、豉油王鵝腸、粟米斑塊、豉椒炒蜆同埋金銀蛋白菜仔,在家三碗白飯一本潮州粥,當然唔似得汽水同埋藍妹啦,合共$660,即係每人$110,真係又抵食又好食。咕嚕肉蔥油雞豉油王鵝腸粟米斑塊豉椒炒蜆 (唔記得影相)金銀蛋白菜仔六樣嘢當中蔥油雞同埋豉油王鵝腸有超水準表現,其他嗰四樣都好夠鑊氣好好味,難怪呢度成日都咁旺場。

餸菜表面是好食的, 但食完會口乾24小時. 廚師落大量味精, 建議不要光顧. 其實這間廚藝沒有問題, 蒸煮時間也可接受, 但為什麼要落極多味精, 另客人口亁24小時不舒服呢?

好耐無黎紅磡啦,今晚約左舊同事dinner,揀左佢屋企附近既市政熟食中心,佢大讚呢間永發海鮮飯店,話要帶我黎試下秘製蔥油雞~免費餐前小食有酥脆十足既花生。酥炸窩貼鮮蝦小棠菜兩面金黃色,鬆化香脆,炸得岩岩好不油不膩。以彈牙蝦膠配上嫩綠小棠菜,再沾上脆漿炸脆,入口相當鬆軟,外脆内綿,唔易散開,好香口。秘製蔥油雞用料簡單,主要突出雞肉同蔥油既鮮香味,啖啖肉雞件嫩滑,醃得入味,鮮美多汁,肉質香而不膩,入口清新而且蔥香滿溢。豉汁蒸倉魚老闆娘推介是日倉魚夠新鮮,揀左豉汁蒸,簡單好味。魚肉鮮味又滑溜,無魚腥味,魚背輕切一刀再蒸令豉汁更為入味。

芥蘭炒牛肉,無通菜供應呢!鑊氣到加,噴煙式送到,芬芳樸鼻暈得一陣陣,我唔客氣喇!一夾就大大碌芥蘭莖,爽脆帶甜大愛。二夾牛肉捲菜葉,滑牛焦香醃味甜美,捲著爽嫩菜葉,不錯不錯。

豉汁蒸鯧魚,豉汁蒸初戀,初戀呀,我要初戀呀 ﹗叔叔話生猛游水原價 $98 蚊,見大家熱烈棒場就 $68 蚊益老友,多謝感恩!新鮮出爐熱騰騰噴晒煙香到不得了,大家見到即刻開心到嘩嘩聲呀!唔知以為食老鼠斑添,哈哈哈。真係豉汁不是豉椒,我個人喜歡添幾粒辣椒更惹味!難得蒸到鮮嫩彈滑,不乾硬無過火,魚味甜甜野蠻,蒜頭豆豉甘香不濁恰到好處,連骨頭都損到乾乾淨淨!

海味雜菜粉絲煲,吱吱喳喳送到,滾滾的清雞湯底,有著清淡的雜菜味道,雪藏無味魷魚爽爽的,雪藏魚柳滑溜充滿彈性無味但帶點腥。整體還可以,過過口癮濕濕口。西蘭花、西生菜、菜芯均爽甜正常。

椒鹽鮮魷,金黃乾爽不油膩,顏色艷麗,好靚靚!剛剛炸起十分燙嘴,掉到喼汁稍為降溫就立即品嚐,鮮爽的魷肉,鬆脆的炸粉,惹味的炸蒜,酸甜開胃的喼汁,食到唔停口啦,無野好講!

椒絲腐乳炒通菜,姐姐推介通菜最靚,就信您!竟然係我至愛翠綠鮮爽甜美水通,最憎乾硬鞋墨綠色旱通。濕潤的乳汁加椒味掛在通菜上大注大注的塞入口,爽脆到索索聲,有鑊氣好好味停不了地搶食!

菜膽雞一隻,最後壓軸出場,全餐最貴的一道菜亦係最難食既一道菜!雪藏雞完全無味,無咸味無甜味無雞味無鮮味地怪怪的,加上鬆鬆的肉質更加怪!沙薑醬及薑蔥油都淡荗荗,只油不香,芡汁少少咸麻麻地,幫不了什麼。豉汁蒸排骨,轉眼蒸好估計是翻熱的,比想像中好味道,豆豉味香濃不濁,肉質結實彈彈不乾鞋,排骨汁撈飯非常開胃啊,滿意美味可口。

粟米斑塊,普通平凡無特別,值得一讚粟米芡厚厚味濃夠甜美,大量粟米粒無孤寒。金黃香脆的外層,一咬便知新鮮出爐不翻熱不翻炸。斑塊外脆內嫩,索埋粟米汁跟舌尖打滾,蠻滿意的!鬆脆乾爽薄脆包著嫩滑多汁魚柳,雖然傳來微弱腥味,幸好有甜甜濃郁粟米汁,比快餐店的炸魚薯條更美味,美妙絕倫。

蝦醬鮮魷炒通菜,鑊氣十足大排檔風味濃厚!翠綠甜美大大碌的水通,搭上咸鮮蝦醬捲著爽脆鮮魷大大啖塞入口,不同的味道與質地交錯,味道昇華幾十倍,好食到升天啊﹗咸香無比超吸飯,忍唔住食多幾啖,肥死我喇﹗土魷蒸肉餅,家鄉風味突出,住家情懷也不弱,半肥膏半瘦肉鬆軟既香口,豬肉味甜美混上海味土魷絲,醒神醒腦,再要扒多幾啖飯,美味無比。

時菜排骨炒河,鑊氣迫人直衝過來,跟芡汁撈勻情熱辣辣大啖大啖塞入口!香甜無比食得津津有味,河粉雖然有點散碎但軟綿滑嘟嘟而且味道十分高質,醒神開胃!菜芯鮮嫩爽甜,充滿菜汁,和味無比。排骨鬆軟啖啖肉,醃味香醇。混著中式辣椒醬同吃,辣中散發微酸及蒜香格外醒胃,食得更是起勁!竟然全數消滅沒有一丁點留低。

蒸水蛋,還以為有瑤柱肉鬆蒸水蛋,原來一向都無供應。我最愛蒸水蛋,但三色蛋我就麻麻地,那夠蒸水蛋滑喎!甜豉油配滑蛋再撈飯不得了,蛋味香濃再淋上甜豉油好食到震呀!滑嘟嘟充滿蛋汁跟上湯,唔撈飯都唔得,消滅一碗飯話都無甘易,美味大滿足!

荔芋滑雞煲,同樣是飯之盜賊!淋下大量香噴噴奶汁芋泥跟白飯融為一體,濕潤品嚐!神秘豐富的味道散發雞油雞肉香,食得津津有味回味無窮!雖然雞件肉質味道較為削,不過已淪為配角,荔芋汁才是精髓所在,不經意地消去兩碗飯喇!

枝竹斑腩飯,完全被肉鬆蒸水蛋、荔芋滑雞煲比下去,有點不想吃的衝動,免強咬兩下!厚粉斑腩滑潺潺,魚味帶青不喜歡,枝竹夾芡汁發出微酸味道不喜歡。

梅菜蒸肉餅,預期只會在表面洒點梅菜碎敷衍了事,師傅誠意可加,大大粒梅菜跟肉餅打成一片齊齊蒸,絕無偷工減料懶得就懶,非讚不可。淨食香甜美味多汁,不嗆不咸,撈飯食如虎添翼!鬆化彈的肉餅射出甘香肉汁,混埋鮮味甜梅菜,整碗飯迅間消失,真陰功啊﹗栗子炆米鴨,微暖的餘溫,栗子芡變得厚厚杰撻撻,甜味濃郁黏著偏乾鴨肉及豆香滑滑枝竹,撈起飯來還是不錯啊!

涼瓜炆泥鯭,暖暖的微溫尚可接受,有足足三大條泥鯭,份量十足無欺場。半爽半腍甘香涼瓜滑嘟嘟好味道,豉味十足完全沒有苦澀味道。煎過的泥鯭略帶香口,提高魚皮吸汁能力,濕濕潤潤,魚肉結實魚鮮味濃厚,餘香吸引。

熱齋啡,酸酸的味道,滾水太熱。熱奶茶,較早前已隊杯凍齋啡,依家都係嘆杯熱飲暖暖胃吧!味道滑度香度都平凡太一般。

Pig stomach with salted vegetables and pepper soup - It was served in a big soup, with plenty of ingredients in it. It was peppery in taste, and salted vegetables was boiled till soft. Beancurd was soft and juicy and pig stomach was chewy and juicy, absorbing the essence of the soup.

Steamed eel in black bean sauce - It was very flavourful, with plenty of black bean sauce used in cooking. Eel was cooked till chewy, with some brittle bones in it. It was juicy too, absorbing the black bean sauce.

好喇講返d菜式,全部都不過不失,無一樣野係唔會食唔落口,全部都ok,若要姚小小野黎講,係葱油雞感覺差小小,唔夠入味,不過整體來說都係接受範圍以內。
成個場,我無認真數過,應該有三個店到,而呢間偠錢比價適中,但對於我同我朋友最為滿意係,酒水比較平宜。如果比我再黎,我諗都會再次幫襯佢地,我覺得係呢d地方食野最緊要夠舒適,同唔好咁焗,呢到就比到呢個感覺我。
三個人連埋酒水總消費$450,每人大約$150(其實係我地叫得多左,少一個餸就岩岩好,而家係好飽,好飽
