To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次有朋友推薦位於深水埗嘅酒家,在深水埗站D2出口行5分鐘就到,呢間酒家有齊中式小炒、涼菜同海鮮,可以滿足曬咁多人嘅喜好。餐廳酒樓嘅裝飾真係好經典,外表係一間平平冇奇的酒家,內裡卻充滿地道港式風味的海鮮大排檔。我哋嚟到嘅時候都好早,所以唔算好多人,但係坐咗一陣之後成個場爆曬!雖然佢有2間舖位,地方都算大,但人流非常多,座無虛席,如果真係想確保有位嘅話,最好都係打電話嚟訂枱。雖然晚市人多,但上菜速度都好快,而每碟份量都算多,味道都好有鑊氣,不會因為人多而影響質素。好味醬烤骨我以為係金沙骨之類(一字排),點知原來係將肉腩煮熟再淋上汁(係炆不似烤),做法有點和東坡肉相似,完全同個名不同,味道一般,上面放咗一塊大菠蘿,然後再用較剪幫你剪開。避風塘賴尿蝦肉沒想過瀨尿蝦不用自己剝殼(不用拆骨的確係很大的賣點),啖啖肉非常好食,賴尿蝦味好濃,肉質鮮味,同埋炸過嘅蒜一齊食真係好正。椒鹽鮮魷有避風塘賴尿蝦打頭陣,即時比下去,下次可以不用叫(似土魷多過鮮魷,個粉厚左啲) 沙薑凍豬手豬手係凍食的,無豬騷味,非常清爽有彈性,唔會過硬,亦唔會過冧,肉質鮮嫩,質感富含骨膠原有咬口,不太鹹,蔥辣椒好多,調味亦都相對

有避風塘賴尿蝦打頭陣,即時比下去,下次可以不用叫(似土魷多過鮮魷,個粉厚左啲)

沙薑凍豬手
豬手係凍食的,無豬騷味,非常清爽有彈性,唔會過硬,亦唔會過冧,肉質鮮嫩,質感富含骨膠原有咬口,不太鹹,蔥辣椒好多,調味亦都相對很好,份量都幾多,不過就唔係好覺有沙薑味。

事頭婆炒麵
只是比一般水準好些,冇乜獲氣同埋比較濕,豉油皇炒麵不是間間都好食,金豪算是炒得不差,油量適中,香得嚟又唔油膩,麵身爽彈,鹹味適中,仲有好多芽菜,加埋店主提供嘅辣醬,味道可以。

啫啫通菜
店員用一個燒紅左嘅煲即時在客人面前將通菜倒入煲內爆炒,隨即咋咋聲同香氣令人胃口大開,通菜唔會過粗糙,食落無渣而且仍然保持翠綠,連同蒜薑、辣椒、蝦乾爆香,非常惹味,鹹度適中,原來又真係好特別既一道菜。

蒜蓉粉絲元貝
勁大隻元貝,乾濕蒜一齊蒸,蒸嘅時間掌握得剛剛好,不會過韌,底部粉絲吸收了元貝和蒜汁的味道,味香濃,超級鮮味,非常滿足。

芥辣牛柳粒
真係第一次食,味道出奇好味,牛肉粒被芥辣醬包裹著,食落去有少少攻鼻,牛的質感較為韌,要咬耐少少先吞得,不過加埋沙律菜一齊食超正,並配上合桃點綴,確實唔錯。

豉椒蒸大鱔
肉質腍軟,我個人較喜歡食彈牙。

最後要讚一讚店員嘅服務態度良好,很有禮貌,佢哋都非常友善,除咗推介美味菜式,仲自動幫我哋換碟,服務態度真係好。唯一不好的就是上菜速度好快,食物味道水準一般,唔算太好食,但唔難食,唔好期望咁高。坐的地方比較窄,交通算方便。總括一句不妨試試豬腳及炒麵。
