🍮🍮🍮🧀 四葉芝士布丁燒🍵 抹茶若竹布丁燒🍫 法芙娜朱古力布丁燒-終於一試喺元朗嘅芝士布丁燒!😻 焦糖布丁配埋下面有芝士蛋糕,一反轉布丁啲焦糖就流哂落埋🤤 芝士蛋糕有啲似日式芝士蛋糕,質地比較鬆軟,浸咗啲焦糖醬一齊食個蛋糕會淋咗少少。布丁質感好滑都有雞蛋味👍🏻 我最鍾意用Valrhona製作嘅朱古力味,帶點朱古力苦味,味道好濃郁🍫 相反對抹茶味就未算有苦中帶甘嘅味道,用若竹抹茶粉應該係比較濃抹茶味嘅🍵,但係呢個反而冇蓋過芝士蛋糕,算係兩者平衡。🍴7/10
