To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心血來潮~突然好掛住雲桂香既小窩米線，決定lunch同朋友一齊去食！豬軟骨小窩米線--叫左小窩米線既酸辣(小小辣)，好鐘意個湯底，少少酸而且真係有酸菜係入面，令到米線好彈牙，再加上芽菜，好有口感。豬軟骨夠淋，好味！蒜泥白肉--個人鐘意白肉包住青瓜，冇咁油膩，食落好清爽，唔會太辣，有蒜香同辣油香。真係好鐘意蒜泥夫妻肺片--有金錢肚、牛𦟌、牛脷。唔好太辣，因為本身都唔太食得辣。有辣油香少少麻，味道不錯！
