原味小籠包(6隻) $72呢間小籠包出名真係有原因!小籠包嘅皮真係非常薄,薄得黎又唔會輕易夾爛。一咬落去,入面啲湯汁就湧出黎,食得出佢好鮮甜。入面啲豬肉緊緻鮮嫩,真係好好食!特色皇朝小籠包(8色)$142呢間小籠包出名嘅其中一個原因就係佢花臣多,有8隻味,個人心目中嘅排名係咁:黑松露>蟹粉>=蒜香>鵝肝>芝士=原味>川味>絲瓜黑松露真係香到爆,就算未咬開都聞到佢嘅黑松露味蟹粉都唔錯,有蟹嘅鮮味蒜香嘅蒜味真係好重,但個人覺得稍微有啲太濃,有啲鹹鵝肝有驚喜,我本身驚佢腥,但食落一啲都唔腥,反而有啲油脂嘅香味芝士我覺得同原味差唔多,比原味多咗陣芝士味川味都真係幾辣,食落有譚仔嘅感覺,佢排後面嘅原因唔係唔好食,只係前面個啲太好食至於絲瓜味就真係唔好食,好唔夾,有陣草味,個人唔太喜歡聞香蔥油餅同普通蔥油餅唔一樣!佢有啲似蘿蔔酥,但唔係蘿蔔,係蔥油,咬落真係好酥脆!好鬆化
