上一次嚟食大閘蟹,覺得環境同服務都唔錯;今次散叫小菜。因為人多,叫咗好多嘢。想特別介紹嘅係糖心蛋、東坡肉同豬大腸。糖心蛋煙燻得啱啱好,蛋黃非常滑,而且好有蛋香;用黑松露整咗一啲細細嘅黑珍珠粒撒喺蛋面,又好睇又香。東坡肉落咗好多刀功將五花腩切成薄片,拼砌成立體金字塔,賣相有啲震撼。扣肉入口即溶,梅菜鹹咗啲,配夾餅食,冇咁油膩。豬大腸有個好好聽嘅名,叫碧綠圈子;大腸煮得好腍好入味,芡汁稍為甜;而隨碟嘅蔬菜用咗豆苗,好香嫩。今次介紹嘅其中兩個菜,都屬於三高、重口味。有興趣試的話量力而為☺️
