To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘放工時間周圍都多人，記得幾年前食過新匯聚都唔錯，所以今晚決左食呢間。炸乳鴿 $70老闆親自醃制，夠哂入味，平時出面食都係配醬油，呢度配酸汁，夠開胃。芝麻雞 半隻 $140每件雞件上都鋪滿了芝麻，每一啖都有芝麻香，食落非常香口，味道有點似新年食既笑口棗，雖然係炸過，但雞肉肉質亦唔會鞋。家鄉煎藕餅 $110明明係寫煎藕餅，但上碟竟然係炸😂共8個藕餅整整齊齊鋪上碟上，但呢個真係有驚喜，外皮唔會太厚，食落有蓮藕既爽口，中間既肉質有汁又嫩，配埋炸蒜一齊起夠哂香，好好味😋桃膠蓮子手磨杏仁露 $35呢個係必食之選，份量充足，杏仁露非常濃郁，重點係唔太甜，而且桃膠蓮子份量都好多，明明夠哂飽，但食完仲想食多碗😄。
