尖沙咀這間新開的匠心廚房,晚市以小菜為主,小菜由幾十至百元起。每位茶錢$8,另有加一收費。七味黃金豆腐粒炸至金黃香脆,一口一粒,份量頗多。陳皮滷牛展有啖淡陳皮香,牛展炆至很腍,而且很入味,陳皮跟牛展味道很頗夾,還帶點甜香。潮汕蠔烙煎至表面金黃,蠔仔份量十足,而且完全唔腥,啖啖蠔肉鮮味,粉漿亦不算太厚。蝦乾蝦醬蒸腩片是必食推介,豬腩片半肥瘦,有淡淡蝦醬鮮味,但又不會太濃太咸,腩肉嫩腍,另外還要送白飯,簡直是絕配。
