To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想不到在觀塘這工業區，有這一間有大排檔風味，環境又舒服的中式餐廳，於是今天收工就來試試了。我們點了個二人套餐，有兩個靚仔、無味精老火湯和是日甜品🤩👍🏼再加一客酥炸大腸配蓮藕餅😁話梅骨話梅骨類似生炒骨，沒有生炒骨那種過酸的感覺，反而有甜甜的香味，而且這道菜還配有三色椒😋，色彩繽紛，令人食慾大增。濃湯粉絲雜菜煲晚餐一定要來個菜，我選了這雜菜煲，有冬菇、粉絲、蝦米、草菇、油麥菜、小白菜、菜心、西蘭花🥦，非常豐富，各式各樣的菜，任君選擇。而且湯底是雞湯底🤩👍🏼酥炸大腸配蓮藕餅蓮藕餅是蓮藕夾住豬肉碎乍起，新鮮酥脆，面頭配上炸蒜粒和辣椒碎，更加惹味🔥豬大腸也是新鮮炸起😌我也吃了不少😋最後還送上椰汁馬豆糕，鮮甜好味，畫上完美的句號。
