佐敦一帶都幾多特色菜館,呢間新開無耐嘅川菜館,唔係友人介紹,爭D都走漏眼以為全部食辣?  咁就錯啦,呢度有小菜,亦有火鍋天氣唔係太涼,今晚就改為叫小菜無意中聽到侍應向隔離枱推介每晚精選燉湯 ($68),不加味精,今晚係松茸螺頭燉鷄湯,岩口味喎,唔執輸叫返盎飲下!原盎上熱辣辣,2人分享都可以,打開蓋已經見到大量湯料,好香呀啖湯飲落真係無咸味,懷疑佢連鹽都無落,但飲湯就係要飲到原味,飲完感覺舒服,有屋企嘅味道!椒鹽九肚魚 ($88)係呢到嘅招牌菜,目測每枱都必叫,炸蒜片灑落去金黃色九肚魚上,多一份香蒜味,呢個時候,點可以唔叫返支凍飲呀?!入口就知佢咁受歡迎嘅原因係咩啦,炸醬唔厚,夠鬆脆; 內裏軟滑九肚魚,一脆一軟,兩種口感!  不出15分鐘已經被我地KO晒!酸菜嫩滑桂花魚鍋 ($238),可選辣/唔辣,當然要辣啦,最多小辣,酸配辣從來無得輸! 用電爐一路慶住食,保持熱感!  鍋料除左有酸菜, 桂花魚外,仲有金菇菜及鮮冬菇,材料都幾豐富!個人習慣喜歡飲頭啖湯,湯底比出面食開嘅厚身D,酸辣味道比例幾好,唔會有嗆喉感覺!桂花魚肉質超嫩滑,片成魚片,進食方便,但偶有小骨,小心!  有酸菜中和返,減
