喺香港地區要搵到好食嘅麻辣點真係一件唔容易嘅事,阿辣妹同我都一直好努力到處發掘,今次俾佢搵到呢間佐敦小店,所以決定你試一試。晚上六點去到,我哋第二台客,睇咗餐牌實在太多野想試,先來個近排比較多地方搵到嘅炒萵筍。清炒萵筍是基本上係大陸無處不在,不過係香港真係好難搵。呢個合格。阿辣妹最喜歡嘅菇類,所以剛好有個炒雜菇,啱晒。呢個菜基本上有三種菇,份量算係幾多,阿辣妹表示”合格”。店員介紹元貝做緊推廣,第一隻售價$28,由於冇乜特別所以就純粹試驗性質叫咗一隻試吓。元配新鮮粉絲夠淋再加蒜蓉粒,合格。因為小朋友唔食得太辣,所以叫咗一份蔥油雞比佢哋食。蔥油雞皮薄肉質夠林,啱晒小朋友食,合格。主角終於出場,花甲烤魚煱。唔記得咗魚嘅種類,不過係屬於少骨少剌嗰種,花甲數量唔係太多,不過夠大隻夠新鮮,所以之後配料再加,冰豆腐金菇都係必點。個人口味正常落單,都係會叫超麻超辣,嚟到之後辣夠不過唔夠麻,希望下次可以改良。合格。總括來說會再嚟,因為想試吓其他唔同嘅菜式,基本來說辣味夠之餘也好味,鍾意食辣嘅,算係辣得出色嘅一間小店。

近來最愛的烤魚這間川菜餐廳除了烤魚,水煮魚,酸菜魚之外,其實還有不同的小菜。之前見過隔壁桌顧客點的鐵板豬手和辣子安格斯牛,上桌時非常有鑊氣,香味遍佈整間餐廳。每次嘴裏都說下次要試其他菜色,但最終也忍不住點回烤魚因為對他的烤魚實在念念不忘烤魚分量足夠,魚的質地爽滑新鮮,花甲大概有五,六隻。上菜時會包含少量配菜,當中有我喜歡的萵芛但通常都不夠吃,我會另加一份如果兩個人吃的話,點烤魚再另外加一兩個配菜或薯粉作火鍋就非常足夠。唯一美中不足的是,這餐廳沒有生啤只有罐裝和樽裝的啤酒

唯一美中不足的是,這餐廳沒有生啤

女友一向鍾意川菜,所以今日帶佢去左位於佐敦既順濠坊。餐廳入面位子超闊,我同女友好似坐平時餐廳四人位咁。不得不説順濠坊既餐牌設計非常別出心裁,紅黑紅紅黑,就係咁簡單。餐廳仲有火鍋,材料選擇非常多,不過我地今日係衝住川菜而嚟!餐廳有我鐘意既黒啤Murphy’s,非常難得。可惜今晚要溫書。一坐底職員提供左花生,可以醫一醫肚先。食物好快送上,首先係椒鹽九肚魚,表皮非常薄同炸得香酥,裏面既魚肉仍然保持嫩滑,營造出外酥內嫩既口感。之後上菜既係酸菜嫩滑桂花魚鍋,魚既份量超多,配料亦有冬菇,金菇,酸菜、蘿蔔等等。我地叫左小辣,食物都有足夠辣度。最後叫左清炒萵荀,脆嫩之外,比之前食過既蔬菜更加鮮甜。食啲比較熱氣既食物同時當然要飲下清涼飲品,我地叫左甘庶水同忌廉。今次又發現到一間出色既川菜餐廳,椒鹽九肚魚變成我既favourite。

平時多數食椒鹽豬扒或椒鹽鮮魷,因為怕九肚魚會食到細骨,但見到好多人都推薦,餐廳又掛左易拉架力推,一於試下!九肚魚咬落真係好酥化,完全食唔到細骨,質感非常香酥涮咀,難怪能成為招牌菜,值得一試啊!不過記住要襯熱食,凍左無咁香口。

牛柳粒被滿滿既紅椒和指天椒掩蓋著,不過食落辣度又唔算好勁,對於唔食辣既人都食到,微微辣夠惹味,送飯不錯啊!
裡面既牛柳粒既比例都唔少,肉質咬落爽口不乾柴,好好食!

平時去親大排檔食小炒,至愛叫呢道家常菜生炒骨,喜歡佢酸酸甜甜既醬汁拌飯特別開胃!生炒骨肉質咬落很爽口,大部分以肉居多,搭配火龍果、青提子和車厘茄等一齊炒,非常開胃。

好久沒到訪這類型的餐廳,用料都是類似茶餐廳,不過後鑊大廚夠鑊氣,晚上搖身一變成為高級茶記,非常特別。點菜無需要多,一試推介菜色便知龍定蟲,既然酸菜魚鍋是推介,當然要一戰。我留意到酸菜魚鍋無論是火鍋形式上還是小菜形式上價錢都是一樣,應該不會偷工減料吧?湯底微辛帶酸味,有夠像冬蔭公,魚肉還有些咬口,不過煮一會就會散,所以要快食,才不會落得要夾散肉的下場安格斯牛脂香濃,雪花好看且均勻,入口的確是不錯,不過細的就要$168一碟,定價略為進取。餐廳比較細,而且菜色都很上火,記得叫定涼茶飲才好啊!

視覺:
金黃色炸皮,每件皆為長方形,跟平時原條油炸的九肚魚,有很大分別。總覺得外表似炸魷魚。

手感:
炸皮很薄很脆,可是九肚魚也是軟綿綿的。
以筷子輕輕地夾出來,才不會變散。

口感&味道:  
長方形的九肚魚,真身是魚片。

開始幻想:
沿著九肚魚的脊骨起出左右二邊的魚肉,切段後沾漿粉再炸,就會變成長方形的<脆皮九肚魚>。

放工同同事去了附近新開的小菜店食晚餐。餐廳除了有小菜外,還有雞煲、羊腩煲、藥膳煲及火鍋等。我們先點了一個小食宮廷藥膳醉豬手,豬手煮至很腍,酒香滲入豬手內,而且酒香都幾濃味,但又不會辣喉,豬手皮入口溶化,骨膠原豐富。之後點了幾款小菜,同事鍾意的彩虹鮮果咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉細細條,最啱一啖一條,酸味適中,旁邊還有些番茄仔、火龍果及蜜瓜做裝飾,色彩繽紛令人胃口大開。我最鍾意就是這個清湯牛坑腩,坑腩肥瘦均衡,入口鬆化無渣,相反蘿蔔就比較一般,質感較硬,但湯底清甜有肉香。豉油皇海蝦外殼炸得很脆,蝦肉都算彈牙新鮮,十分惹味。飲返杯甘蔗水滋潤一下。

今日是入冬後最凍的一天,天氣寒冷,特別想食點熱辣辣的食物暖暖身體,約了朋友去附近的餐廳食羊腩煲。青島食羊腩煲點可以唔飲返支啤酒呢!招牌黃金脆皮九肚魚九肚魚炸漿很薄,炸得鬆脆,九肚魚很滑,十分惹味。古法羊腩煲羊腩煲份量十足,有差不多十多件羊腩,肉質嫩腍而且唔騷,旁邊有些枝竹、馬蹄、冬菇等配料炆煮至入味,另外還附送一碟生菜,生菜吸引的羊腩汁,送飯一流。手打墨魚滑一大餅的墨魚滑,質感比較腍,欠䍉點彈性。
