To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左官塘工廠區買嘢，買野順便系官塘工廠大廈食埋晚飯，選左間有齊打冷和小菜的餐廳。爽脆鮮魚皮，魚皮好爽脆又新鮮，撈上芫茜，大蒜絲和薑絲一起食好香，又撈到好入味，花生好鬆脆。滷水拼盆有豬大腸，豬耳，鵝肉，豆腐，紅腸，墨魚片和花生。豬耳好爽脆，墨魚片好爽口，花生好淋又夠味道，紅腸又唔會太咸，鵝肉唔會韌，豬大腸又夠淋，豆腐嫩滑好味道。時菜炒牛肉，芥蘭炒到唔會老又碧綠，牛肉肉質嫩滑，牛肉香濃，牛肉又夠味道。最後想埋單同事話有甜品送，馬豆糕椰汁味香濃，好好味。
