入大埔同朋友食晚飯,叫咗4樣野 1.脆皮咕嚕豬頸肉$882.沙嗲牛肉粉絲煲$883.椒鹽九肚魚$884.乳鴿$68講咗啲唔好先,乳鴿就無打算叫,見個伙計呀叔咁落力推銷,好啦就叫一隻試下,嚟到即刻食,一啖咬落去,外面係熱但入面係凍凍地,我估應該一早炸定再拎去番炸但炸唔透。咕嚕豬頸肉,外皮炸得脆,醬汁掛身,豬頸肉口感好鬆化唔會好un 。沙嗲牛肉粉絲煲,牛肉有誠意,係茶餐廳早餐用既沙嗲牛肉,唔係用一片片肥牛,沙嗲味濃。椒鹽九肚魚外層炸漿好酥脆,基本調味都有,份量都唔少。總結:除咗隻乳鴿,所有小菜味道都好好。
