To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

这餐廳在美孚一直都有口碑和生意火爆,但近期發覺小菜小準下降很多而且很貴,由以往性價比高变得低,煲仔小菜味濃而咸,可能要掩蓋雪藏食物的雪味,所以下手重了,最不解是一碟黑椒牛仔骨要收180元一碟,而且是用梳打粉醃得毫無口感,这價格比同区茶餐廳貴了一倍,但水準比不上人,我寫这食評的目的是希望老闆看到改良一下,不要因生意火爆而愈做愈來愈差,畢竟它在美孚是人氣餐廳,我只希望它能長做長有,不要自毀前程
