To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說小資女要到香港會議展覽中心（Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre)參加高峰會議，而午餐時間只有數小時（笑）。不對啦，今個lunch 是小資女Nanako 難得一餐悠閒吃⋯所以便選了靠海而立的薈景。會議展覽中心一年內舉辦大大少少的展覽及演唱會、拍賣行的春拍秋拍什麼什麼的，對於接待來自世界各地的貴賓，服務水平要求一定有水平。而我帶著半興奮半疲累的心情，被侍應們都笑容對待。讚啦！而我就喜歡吃日本蟹粥，自助餐這麽多東西吃，我也吃粥，因為我就喜歡那不行嗎！？好吃好吃的，美味しいですよ！要不是變態也不會討厭這麼可愛的甜點今天很公主^_^
