To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和太太在荃灣廣場買完東西,突然想食越南河,上網找到這家在享和街的小越廚,就來試試水準。餐廳是小店的格局,以清新越南為裝潢主題,平日晚上點已經全院滿座,記得要早點到。餐廳有二人套餐,提供不少正宗地道的越南菜式,小食、飯、粉麵、特飲均有提供。泰式青木瓜沙律套餐包括的青木瓜沙律,入口甜中帶酸,口感清脆爽口,配上泰式魚露沙律汁,酸甜鹹鮮香辣俱全,有點辣度,令人胃口大開。泰式燒豬頸肉套餐加$30點了兩款升級小食,豬頸肉薄切,所以比較不膩口,味道鹹香味平衡,入口咬嚼有外層焦香酥脆而內裡爽滑的滋味,正宗地加入炒碎米作為調味,一絲不苟。法式蝦多士另一客升級小食點選了法式蝦多士,蝦多士共四件,底層多士炸透鬆脆,而上面的蝦膠鮮味,中間創新地加入芝士,蘸點辣醬同吃,十分可口。招牌火車頭湯檬粉主食點了招牌的火車頭,先淺嚐一口湯底,味道牛骨味豐厚濃香,加上不同香料的底蘊,令人食指大動。配料的份量絕不簡單,有肥牛、牛丸、牛腩及牛筋,軟腍入味,同時牛味濃郁,水準之作。咖哩雞髀扒配法包另一客主食則點了咖哩雞髀扒配法包,咖哩是南洋風格的基底,一呷辛香料的香氣豐富,口感豐厚同時帶有辣勁,不但十分和味而且層次豐富細緻,
