To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩點半先食得飯, 去到呢度仍然好多人要等位, 等了五分鍾先有位, 地方好迫又細, 不過都預o左, 急不及待order了一個竹笙黑牛柏葉小辣米線, 睇表面湯底係奶白色, 只係有少好似紅辣椒粉的東西, 點知試下飲啖湯, 奇辣無比, 差d標埋眼水, 因為太辣的關係, 令我不能清楚試到米線的味道, 只係覺得竹笙有d不能形容的怪味, 黑牛柏葉好un, 雖然有蔡生的推薦, 但係唔覺得真係所講咁好, 我諗我唔會再o黎, 因為衛生都係麻麻地
