To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是夜和朋友來了位於利奧坊的 Eaaat.here 約會～餐廳的一旁是落地大玻璃，樓底高而且坐位寬闊開揚，很舒服的用餐環境。近門口位置是充滿設計感的酒櫃，這裡酒類的選擇很多，除了Signature Cocktails外，也有house wine、whisky、sake、啤酒、燒酎和梅酒等，很適合下班來吃點東西喝一杯放鬆下呢🍻第一次到訪，就試試這裡的Signature Cocktails▫️Ka Sin Street(Gin, Elderflower Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice, Cucumber )▫️Fresh.here(Gin, Chambord, Fresh Lemon Juice)都是以Gin為基底，Ka Sin Street 蘊含幽幽花香，而Fresh.here就帶漿果的甜，展現了各種風貌，兩杯都很清爽很有魅力🍸前菜試一點特別的～這個刺身蝦配香辣紫蘇青檸汁，味道辣辣的很刺激，酸辣汁加了紫蘇令風味提升不少，刺身蝦涼涼的又啖啖肉，非常開胃。餐牌上的Tacos有很多款口味配搭，我們就選了烤豬頸肉墨西哥夾餅，佐以香甜的洋蔥番茄粒等，沒想到吃起來很惹味Juicy💦佐酒
