To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近春雨連連,在小雨天下,想起葵涌廣場的小雨天。 😎雲南風味小窩米線,米線裏面已經有五種配料,自選餸料每款另加$6早有耳聞這裡的滑雞十分不錯,所以我點了滑牛和滑雞。說真的,滑牛嫩滑,但味道有點平庸。不過份量絕對對得起另加$6。但重點是滑雞,我期待已久的滑雞,入口鮮嫩,而且吃不出冰鮮味,滑雞的雞皮肥而不膩,回味無窮。同行友人叫了豬大腸,滑雞和排骨,不過服務員在下單的時候,忘記了寫下排骨,所以排骨只好另上。雖然服務員忘記了寫一個餸,但服務整體上殷勤有禮,後上的排骨還看得出是剛炸好的呢 。下午茶時段還有飲品贈送,兩個人食剛好$90。因為太期待滑雞,加上太肚餓了,所以忘記了「相機食先」。

早有耳聞這裡的滑雞十分不錯,所以我點了滑牛和滑雞。


說真的,滑牛嫩滑,但味道有點平庸。不過份量絕對對得起另加$6。
