不經不覺,在荃灣工作了三年多,在離別在即,往往都想吃一點有記憶的東西,可參考之前食評-小食。燒賣之一元朗燒賣皇后妙舒https://s.openrice.com/QrbT0CA0s00可惜今次就失望了。價錢原來上調了三成?之前一份魚蛋燒賣孖寶係20元。都無所謂,成本上升,質素依舊就好。但今次真係唔掂。燒賣唔知蒸咗幾耐,燒賣皮都反白了,再食燒賣,真係唔掂喎,啲肉蒸到爛唒梅唒,講唔過去呀嘛?魚蛋就正常啦。整體而言,都知開咗幾間,做大啦,不過基本原則做唔返,金黃色都無用啦。
