有個weekend去咗啟德個新商場到行下hea下,但發現入面啲餐廳都幾貴下,所以最後都係去返新蒲崗嗰邊搵嘢食~ 呢間「秋拾米線」好似開咗唔係好耐,米線只有2款湯底:標榜無味精嘅「招牌豬骨湯底」同埋「秘製酸辣湯底」~另外仲有款比較少見嘅「通心米線」~•🥢 炭燒豬頸肉通心米線 $55 (通心米線 +$1)炭燒豬頸肉份量都幾多,而且每件都幾大塊,表面香脆但肉質都唔會太乾太嚡,幾爽口~ 配咗一個泰式酸辣醬,幾惹味👍🏼呢碗我揀咗酸辣bb辣,配料有炸醬、花生、木耳、芽菜等,辣味主要嚟自炸醬,幾惹味嘅,但缺點就係完全唔夠酸,睇落好似無落到酸菜🤔 通心米線睇落就係好粗嘅米線,但中間係通心,的確係會比較索湯~ 缺點就係明明揀咗爽麵,但最後上枱都係腍麵🥲 令到口感差啲~ (豬頸肉抵食!)•🥢 慢煮豬軟骨米線 $49 (通心米線 +$1)呢碗就揀咗豬骨湯bb辣,豬骨湯底就配咗腐皮、豆卜同翡翠苗等~湯底味道正常,但通心米線都係煮過龍咁,揀咗爽麵都係好腍😣豬軟骨有3至4大件,煮得好腍,啲軟骨位真係煮到啫喱狀咁,好腍好入味👍🏼 •🥢 八味豆腐 $24呢碟豆腐係抵食之選!😍 炸到粒粒金黃,外皮少少脆,但入面嘅豆腐超
