我今日突然好想吃肥豬肉,趁著閒日唔駛人迫迫地吃豬油撈飯.我同貓爸爸八點左右到酒樓,果然即刻有位,而場內大部份係自由行食客(這是題外話)......我哋點咗"四月份平靚正"菜式 雞蛋焗魚腸($80) 薑蔥枝竹燜豬肚煲($80)另加滷水大雞腳($23) 豬油撈飯($11)雞蛋焗魚腸--焗得金黃夠香唔乾身,面層有油炸鬼夠香口,雞蛋結實但唔會老,魚腸夠肥又唔腥,唔加胡椒粉都好食,正!薑蔥枝竹燜豬肚煲--豬肚夠新鮮並非雪藏貨色,件件充滿彈性冇異味,雖然只係簡單地用鼓油,糖,蠔油燜,但煮得夠腍又入味,而煲底嘅枝竹同料頭薑蔥亦好食,讚!滷水大雞腳--新鮮雞腳大大隻幾好食豬油撈飯--睇落細細砵但撈咗豬油後好飽肚,蝦仔米粒粒分明有飯香,兩個人share一砵啱啱好,加上頭抽充滿豆香,少食多滋味!另一驚喜係附送嘅糖水,並不馬虎,紅豆沙煲到起沙,有芋頭粒,麥米咬落清香,又一個讚!
