To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用海膽包裹住個飯球， 一D都唔孤寒, 淨係個口感已經殺哂雖然好脆口但味道唔突出， 而且蟹子帶腥呢個原來真係要小食多滋味， 一起手就係到猛食， 食多幾舊真係好漏， 雖然係入口即溶， 但確實充滿油份， 要飲番杯熱茶先搞掂超肥美既吞拿魚腩， 淺粉紅色味道濃郁， 雪花般既脂肪， 正最愛既左口魚裙邊， 口感特別， 肉質亦富有彈性（ 唔知有冇人同我一樣特別鍾意食裙邊？）最邪惡既鵝肝， 個人黎講比較喜歡配多士， 感覺好似冇咁飽，但其實可能係一樣
