行過又一城見到呢間排滿人嘅拉麵,今次排咗大概半個鐘先入座,但感覺小食比拉麵更出色。貝汁醬油拉麵~湯底用上蜆、魚、豬骨清湯,加上黑松露醬,牛肝粉及牛肝菌油,但味道食落無想像中咁豐富。麵條食落唔係一般嘅拉麵,口感比較似蕎麥麵硬身。三層肉同低溫叉燒口感好嫩滑又唔油膩。涼拌黑松露紋甲墨魚~估唔到味道幾有驚喜!爽脆嘅墨魚加上酸醋汁底,又有好香嘅黑松露味,食落好夾又好開胃。唐揚博多華味鳥~$88 四件炸雞其實都好貴,不過入面真係juicy,雞肉好嫩滑,又唔會成口粉,沾埋酸酸甜甜嘅芥末醬,更加出色。
