To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看完電影又去下午茶，見到有泰式食店就走入去試下。店前有一條長廊，一邊是水巴，一邊是售賣泰式食品的層架，貨品也很多。入到裹面見到座位不少，來到靠窗的兩人座用餐，椅子設計像巴椅比較高，座上去感覺有點吊腳。坐定定就叫餐。芝士肉碎烤餅配豬皮，烤餅有兩件呈半圓狀，餡內裹有濃郁芝士和肉碎，還有小小青辣椒粒，所以帶少少辣。烤餅夠熱，吃時要小心燙口。豬皮炸得很脆，鹹鹹地幾特別。輕量肥牛船河，河粉煙韌軟滑，質感像廣東的粗面，肥牛份量不多，切得很幼細，但也嫩滑。船河面層也放上一些炸豬皮，不過因為被湯浸過，開始變得軟身，帶點韌了。湯底偏甜內裹有些芽菜和青辣椒粒。飲品要了泰式奶茶，奶茶味太一般，似港式奶茶，飲不到在泰國旅行時飲到的那種濃而帶香料的泰味。
