To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用了三款辣椒🌶️🌶️🌶️和芹菜、蔥花 ,令到辣味多層次! 特別欣賞花菜炒到乾身,但又好冧,肉片吸晒所有配料的綜合味道,越食越上癮。

第一次咁食法,茶樹菇,媽媽是用來煲湯比較多,好奇心驅使下叫咗呢度菜。臘肉沒有想像的乾和鹹,同廣東臘肉不一樣,

首先,這間的臘肉是心形🧡 很浪漫🌹 係嘅,從來冇諗過川菜會同浪漫掛鉤😂 但原來真係可以㗎! 有心形扒點解冇心形臘肉?👍🏻👍🏻


然後這款臘肉食落有汁,而且肉質鬆酥,鹹度剛剛好。 茶樹菇似是用晒乾了的,反而乾身煙靭,菇頂🍄把所有辣汁都吸收了,我和朋友各自吃了一頂很大的茶樹菇,都辣到直標眼水😹 一邊嗌好辣🥵 一邊繼續夾🥢🥢

「辣炒包菜」

我和朋友都認為食川菜,必食之二:包菜🥬

清甜多汁,厚度好趙口 😍 爽脆惹味😁
不過通常都好辣😂 呢間都唔例外,可能是蔬菜會特別吸收辣汁😂😂😂 但最後我都係將呢道菜吃光光🤪🤪 特別有滿足感!
