To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾晚要到荷里活戲院看無聲絕境優先境,有見差不多每次外出進餐都是多肉少菜,所以這天就走遠一點,來到黃大仙的健康齋廚吃一頓素食晚餐。內裡面積寬敞,裝修簡樸,燈火光猛。二人餐有湯、小菜、白飯,也只不過是$138,不收加一茶芥,價錢大眾化。齋滷味 $35齋滷味可說是素食中較為重口味,不過我自小就特別喜歡齋滷味,貪其酸酸甜甜夠開胃,差不多每次到中式素菜館都必定會點。有時在街上買齋滷味都是硬繃繃的很死實,很明顯是擱太久不新鮮,這裡的齋滷味一碟就有齊酸齋、豉油齋、咖哩齋、素鵝、齋叉燒及齋鴨腎幾款口味,調味雖然略為偏淡,不過口感軟嫩煙韌有咬口。粟米豆腐羹想不到跟餐的湯羹份量超多,差不多是四碗的份量。配料豐富,內有粟米、豆腐、竹笙、蔬菜,湯頭厚身晶瑩,而且調味比較輕手,反而更能突出粟米本身的甘甜味。腰果菇丁腰果配上翠玉瓜、西芹、冬菇、紅蘿蔔、素肉等,食材配搭色彩繽紛,提起食慾。腰果大顆飽滿,保留香脆口感,只是加了少許鹽調味,一點也不油膩。素鴨粉絲雜菜煲加$10就可將小菜轉煲,雜菜亦包含了多款蔬菜款式,例如豆苗、西蘭花、椰菜花、菜心、生菜等等,即使少油少鹽,不過吃起來毫不低調乏味,還可吸收大量膳食纖維。
