To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假去深圳玩咗一日,食飽玩飽黃昏搭高鐵返香港,雖然我地都飽飽地,但始終晚餐唔食又唔係幾好,壽司細細件合哂我地心意,所以元氣壽司係不錯嘅選擇,這間分店於大廈地庫,雖然內裡唔係太寬敞,但都唔擠迫,光線充足!我哋打開餐牌揀咗2款壽司,2款卷物,1款手卷,一個烏冬同一碟炸物!!小柱同北寄貝壽司係我嘅最愛,我鍾意小柱d細細粒帶子加紫菜一齊食,比起剩帶子壽司多咗一份紫菜嘅味道!!北寄貝好爽口,又凍又新鮮!!加州小卷同炸蝦卷最岩唔食生野既朋友,軟殼蟹手卷係必食!!有好多沙律醬,再加少少豉油,真係非常好味,烏冬比較簡單,但都有味道,唔算好齋,日式炸雞無骨,既香脆又熱辣辣!有一段時間冇嚟食,但元氣壽司仍然保持住以往嘅水準!!味道不錯!!
