因我不吃牛,就把牛轉成愛媛縣產雞肉,雞皮會充份加熱把多餘油脂迫出,雞肉落了最少量的調味料,好食物就是這樣食原味道

見到櫻花蝦炒飯漬物及味噌湯,就知道差不多尾聲了。炒飯是心靈的避風塘,飽肚好食!湯就溫暖著胃,也是利用湯的水份把口腔複雜味道洗一下。

最後甜品同飲料作結尾,叫了gin tonic ,連西式cocktail 都有!呢一杯cocktail 加了檸檬汁,味道酸酸,岩吃完鵝肝後沖洗一下口內油膩感。

成頓飯體驗很好,cp值超高!
