位於尖沙咀的京川滬中菜館,近尖東馬路旁邊,開業多年,保持質素水準。餐廳有兩層,環境寬敞,企理,而且蠻多各地的遊客光顧。除了單點菜式外,還有套餐選擇。冷盤:上簽口水雞8件雞件串起來蘸著紅油,雞皮金黃,雞肉肉質嫩滑,口水雞醬汁是精華所在,集麻香與辣味於一身,入口帶麻香辣嗆,味道層次分明,十分惹味開胃的前菜。點心:上海菜肉雲吞6粒雲吞浸在清湯裡,雲吞皮薄,內餡菜的比例不多,豬肉餡肥瘦均勻,滿滿的肉汁。魚。蝦:雪菜杭椒泡魚塊雪菜及杭椒切成細片,細長尖,微辣。魚塊無骨,味道清淡。飯類:乾貝蛋白炒飯簡單的炒飯,以蛋白、切粒蔬菜、瑤柱一起炒的飯,最後灑上蔥花及乾貝;蛋白嫩滑;飯粒乾身,粒粒分明,不油膩,充滿鑊氣。甜品:杞子桂花糕晶瑩剔透、健康養生的甜品糕點,味道清甜,甜度適中,散發淡淡的桂花香。
