前排食左尖東附近一間OMAKASE - 松Matsu 地方雖然隱蔽,但覺得性價比幾好,要試下lunch omakase 。前菜有水雲、酸汁啫喱配真鯛和慢煮鮟鱇魚肝。另外,千葉縣真蠔加上柚子洋蔥,日本蠔的質感肥美,入口爽脆。北海道牡丹蝦底下放了灸燒銀鱈魚,但用了蘋果木煙燻,香味濃郁。最後的拖羅配以紫蘇葉,中和了肥膩感。壽司先由帆立貝打開頭場,配以柚子很清新。之後的深海池魚、金線鯛 (日本的紅衫魚)、鮫鰈魚配海膽、梭子魚、北海道海膽也不會馬虎。每一款都好精彩。最後的魚湯簡直驚為天人,超好味。好濃好comforting,食完壽司飲番好暖胃。
