今日係尖沙咀行街,見到一間中菜館新開張好似真係好耐無食中菜跟老公食返個中式晚飯先黑松露蝦球滑蛋蝦球肉質結實,大隻又爽口彈牙,加上滑溜炒蛋,仲有蛋汁,混合黑松露醬增添風味。濃湯雪菜龍躉麵龍躉片口感爽脆新鮮,厚肉,滿滿的雪菜增添口感,麵條幼滑,加上濃郁的魚湯,鮮味十足。蠔皇花菇扒時蔬花菇大隻,菇上花紋色澤分明,肉質厚重,口感軟滑,蠔油汁鮮美,白菜仔翠綠新鮮。無花果糖醋腩片仿照糖醋骨的做法,把厚薄適中的豬腩片切片,分段,然後酥炸,食落去脆口,沒有油立立的感覺。醬汁酸甜,建議送飯食就最好,加上鮮無花果切角,帶有清甜感覺。
