今晚去的餐廳位於尖沙咀,餐廳位於高層,亦是有吸引人的海景和樓景。餐廳主要以黑色、木色和白色為主調,整體感覺都舒服。帶子配鮮蝦🦐帶子柔軟,蝦肉爽口,配上日本麵豉醬,味道都匹配。年糕年糕片香軟,帶點煙韌,配上松露,令原本平凡的年糕變得更香。田螺這田螺很特別,外殼是用餅乾整的,所以可以整隻入口,上面是香草,中間是田螺,外皮脆口,下面是香滑薯蓉,口感多元。餐湯🥣周打蜆湯和黑松露蘑菇湯各一,周打蜆湯口感十足,而黑松露湯味道較香。魚柳🐟鱸魚柳啖啖肉,配的是香草🌿汁,酸酸甜甜。主食肉眼扒用了慢煮方式,大概5成熟,很香稔。而黑毛豬肉用了香煎,配菠蘿,很夾。甜品Tiramisu 蛋糕十分香滑。
