Japanese Roast Meat Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日行街行到攰就搵左間餐廳坐低食野～本來以為日食燒肉唔會中伏啦，點知就中左🥲雖然其他野食okay，但都唔太建議大家試😂🥪吉列A4和牛三文治 A4 Wagyu Sando ($168)雖然賣相好一般，但呢個三文治係唔錯嘅～麵包烘得香脆，吉列牛有入口即溶嘅感覺🤤不過有啲貴，希望份量可以多啲～🍳韓式蛋卷配明太子醬 Egg Roll with Mentaiko Sauce in Korean Style ($58)蛋卷都okay嘅，蛋煎得香，都好夠滑🙌🏻明太子醬唔會好少，味道都唔錯～🥩特上未來牛燒肉4款盛合 Premium Assorted Mirai Beef Yakiniku Platter ($438)主題黎了：呢個拼盤真係好失望，仲要咁貴🥲份量少唔多講啦，4款肉每款只得4片🥹兩款腌咗嘅牛肉唔係唔好食，但真係好普通～另外一款仲要硬硬地，好似雪咗好耐啱啱拎出黎咁😵‍💫只可以講香港有好多比佢更平更好質素嘅燒肉～
