To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事們話呢間韓國菜由韓國人開, 比起韓國街既黎得正宗, 好~試下好唔好食前菜有五小碟, 除左泡菜仲有芽菜、煎餅、菠菜、炆豆腐皮、蓮藕同沙律芽菜同菠菜好香麻油味、泡菜偏酸、煎餅香口、炆豆腐皮同蓮藕都加左糖去煮, 幾甜幾新鮮既味道, 沙律比較奇怪, 似茶餐廳沙律雖然配菜好好食, 但冇得添食, 感覺有D小家...牛骨湯湯底好清甜好飲, 冇味精, 飲完唔會口渴, 但煲過湯既牛肉就比較UN同硬, 唔係幾好食, 而且湯淨係得牛肉, 冇其他配料, 感覺有D DRY石鍋飯上枱既時候仲係滋滋聲, 出哂煙, 侍應好好服務咁幫你加辣醬再幫手撈勻, 呢個石鍋係素既, 主要都係菠菜、芽菜、木耳等等, 全部都用麻油撈勻過, 好香好好食
