今日約了在尖沙咀返工的朋友食午餐,朋友好想食燒肉就近近地去了間裝修以紅色為主的燒肉店。我地2個女仔點了個「801盛」,有大判燒!黑毛和牛肩胛肉、腹前牛小排、蔥鹽味雞腿肉,升級要左紫菜飯和神戶茶房烏龍茶,另外追加了豬腩片、牛舌、帆立貝同埋甜品—杏仁豆腐。服務員提醒我地大判燒!黑毛和牛肩胛肉只要燒幾秒就可以反轉再燒,之後就沾上蛋汁食,黑毛和牛肩胛肉好惹火,瞬間就熟了😆,果然沾上蛋汁後牛肉十分滑溜,令人難忘。腹前牛小排厚薄適中,一邊燒時已油香撲鼻,入口即化。蔥鹽味雞腿肉,記得先煎香雞皮那邊就無冇咁容易燒燶雞肉,燒雞肉需要一些耐性,燒好後沾上帶有蔥鹽檸汁的醬,口感清新。豬腩片多脂肪,可以燒香至金黃,搭配生菜和辣醬吃,十分爽。牛舌鬆軟香滑有韌勁,帆立貝大大隻,牛油香煎夠鮮味。最後甜品杏仁豆腐好滑,為呢一個午餐畫上圓滿的記號。餐廳座位寬敞,抽風勁,食完都唔會有太大陣味。
