To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

泰式越式加港式的餐廳，茶餐廳的擺位，坐位不會過窄，從前晚上來吃過他的燒味，回味。午餐包餐茶，餐牌上餐湯沒寫有，但坐下每枱客人也送中湯。（西洋菜湯），沒味精，唔錯。套餐「梅菜扣肉飯」$62五花腩不會太肥，夠腍入味，梅菜墊底，鹹中帶少甜，食得晒，米飯軟硬度合我。「蝦餅併肉碎飯」$56煎蝦餅，彈牙，肉碎微辣，帶多點汁更好，米飯一大碗，友人說像港式飯多過泰式，味道OK。「三寶湯河」$60三寶是生牛肉，豬肉丸與雞絲，河粉是幼身哪種，湯頭可以，正正常常的湯粉。老闆很好客，問我們需否點菜，不點就免費送你們，我們沒點呀，他竟真的拿了過來，（油菜心）還彼嫩口。餐飲正常。
