Happy Friday去了尖沙咀飲酒食飯,平時落酒吧食西餐,今日轉轉新口味,先中後西。朋友帶了我去I square這間食台灣菜的金牌小龍。我們點了幾款比較出名的小食,醉雞用了雞比肉,所以完全無骨,花雕酒味濃香。蒸餃本身都預了外皮會較厚,但這個蝦肉蒸餃皮薄又煙韌,而且超爆汁,細細隻,正好一啖一隻。另外的爆汁豬肉餡餅同蒸餃一樣爆汁,最後等一等先食,裏面肉汁辣口,一咬即爆。台灣鹹酥雞炸得香脆,粒粒雞肉不油膩。朋友好辣,所以就試下米椒牛肉,我自己就辣到出汗,朋友都覺得有點微辣,牛肉走過油,所以很滑。一定要食的台灣紅燒牛肉麵,麵質雖然比較十腍,但牛肉湯底濃郁,牛𦟌炆至入口鬆化。本來想食豆沙窩餅,可惜無貨,只好食個芝麻包頂替一下,芝麻餡十足,甜而不膩,芝麻味香濃。
