發掘尖沙咀好去處,除咗行商場之外,梗係唔少得發掘吓有咩好嘢食,尖沙咀一到夜晚就爆曬人,要揀餐廳嘅話梗係要試吓啲有噱頭嘅餐廳啦。呢間以日式風格做主打嘅餐廳,啱晒我哋一邊食,一邊relax,一邊傾偈吹水面頭落咗啲黑胡椒同埋南蠻味增嘅厚燒牛舌南蠻,厚度有成2cm咁滯,牛扒都冇咁厚,食落又唔會韌到有筋,加埋啲檸檬汁一齊食,酸酸鹹鹹咁,都幾好食。沖繩腐乳聽落好新奇有趣,梗係要試吓!其實食落去個味道同芝士蛋糕有啲似,腐乳用喺甜品度竟然意外地咁夾!豬肉柚子胡椒燒,炒豬肉麵筋同埋燒豬手整得幾出色,豬肉片切得薄薄哋好香口,炒得好香,食落去好惹味,肥瘦均勻,真係會食唔停口。雞肉棒係用新鮮嘅食材自己整嘅,外皮燒得好脆口,入面唔會太多軟骨,所以更加鬆軟綿滑,點埋啲蛋黃醬之後口感仲滑,係我嚟食日料必點嘅item👍苦瓜炒豬肉:苦瓜、豬肉、雞蛋等等一齊炒,講真要食之前都係會有一絲猶豫嘅,但下一秒就覺得猶豫係多餘嘅。同平時食開嘅苦瓜唔同,呢碟苦瓜處理得好好,回甘鮮甜,瓜肉爽脆,真係一啖接一啖食唔停。食完飯嚟個菠蘿雪葩,特別清新。成個新鮮菠蘿起肉打成雪葩,再擺喺菠蘿入面拎上嚟,菠蘿香味特別濃郁,冰感幼細,而且唔會太甜。
