To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 因為疫情關係很久沒有一齊北上吃探魚，所以一直懷念烤魚的味道😚 所以特地約了一班朋友嘗試小魚兒，有朋友介紹有很多款烤魚可以選擇，而且還有正宗川味麻辣湯底！我們叫了海鱸魚 $298 ，BB 辣，肉質細嫩而且厚實，烤魚口味方面點了爆醬鳳梨香辣豆花，看到有香甜的鳳梨而且有豆腐，再加上麻辣湯底，是很新鮮的配搭！果然鳳梨融入麻辣湯底，麻辣之中帶點鮮甜，另一番風味！精選美國肥牛片 $108 薄薄的一片，肥瘦適中，放進麻辣湯底，整塊沾上辣醬，然後配上鹹檸七或者啤酒，是絕配！黑毛豬腩片 $98 豬腩片一半肥一半瘦，吃起來十分爽嫩👍🏻 寬粉 $28 如果吃四川麻辣味的湯底，就一定要叫寬粉或者薯粉這些厚底而且吸味的粉面，慢慢把它煮腍，厚厚的一大條全部沾上麻辣味👍🏻 鴨血 $58 朋友們很喜歡吃鴨血，同樣亦係濃味火鍋必備，每次都會叫，麻辣鴨血，令人回味！焦糖燒菠蘿 $38 吃完麻辣火鍋烤魚，餐廳還有串燒類小吃，小菠蘿非常鮮甜，而且上面更有一層焦糖，令口感更加鮮甜，中和火鍋的麻辣！燒牛舌心串 $32 本身以為牛舌心串份量比較少，但結果原來很大塊而且一串有4塊，所以四個人叫了兩串，很香孜然粉味，而
