To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日晚餐嚟到呢間位於尖沙咀 K11 musea嘅 Chatterbox Cafe，上次試過招牌海南雞飯，今日就到喇沙啦。招牌大蝦喇沙，喇沙湯底濃郁掛麵，大蝦鮮味十足，喇沙嘅配菜之中我就最鐘意豆卜，盡吸湯中精華，啖啖美味。黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕一口size, 用上黑醬油炒，炒起香氣迫人。斑蘭蛋糕伴椰子雪糕，班蘭蛋糕質感軟熟 加上又或椰子雪糕令人回味無窮。飲品選擇多，仲好有有特色！我的最愛係冰凍嘅美祿恐龍，朋友就點咗雪糕豆漿紅豆冰。
