To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在尖沙咀工作完畢，肚子餓到不得了，剛好遇到新店就去試試。裝潢簡簡單單，上網一睇原來灣仔都有店，主要賣創作卷物，而尖沙咀店除卷物外，還加入Poke Bowl，選擇都不少，有魚生款同雞肉/牛肉款，仲可以加錢配搭不同套餐。今次食吞拿魚兩味配炸雞套餐，味道好有驚喜，食飯途中仲有好多街坊幫襯，是尖沙咀美食推介。◽️ 吞拿魚兩味 $98材料相當豐富，繽紛顏色引起食慾。一款有哂肥美的吞拿魚腩蓉，以及魚味十足的吞拿魚，同時嘗到兩種口感，加上粟米、牛油果、青瓜等有減膩作用，滿滿的一客讓肚皮好飽足。套餐（日式沙律、先生炸雞、波子汽水味梳打）+ $19◽️ 先生炸雞新鮮炸起熱騰騰，口感好脆又夠哂味。◽️ 日式沙律常見的沙律菜配粟米。▪️ 波子汽水味梳打設有不同口味的梳打供選擇，可以揀自己喜愛的口味。
